Yes! And no! I charge a flat-rate for anything in the UK, and then a flat-rate minus travel for destination weddings.
So no hidden costs, and you can rest easy that I’ll make sure all of the logistical stuff is covered so that I’m staying somewhere nearby on the morning of your wedding, so that I’m fresh, and ready to shoot! -
It couldn’t be easier - we’ll get together for a chat at a time that suits you, run through how I would ordinarily work my way through a day, you’ll let me know what you’ve got planned, and how you envisage your day, and then I’ll send you everything over to get your date booked.
There’s an initial deposit of £500, and then the remaining balance is due 28 days before your date.
We’ll schedule a final call four weeks or so from your date, but I’ll be an available font of knowledge in between those two meetings; you can ask me anything you like, and I’ll gladly give you my opinion! -
We do - my wife and I have trained someone from the ground up, so that we know that we can rely her to integrate with how we handle the day. Take a look!

Yes - and they’re excellent. They’re capable of taking some incredible footage, but drone footage won’t make or break your film.
I don’t charge extra for the drone, because it’s weather and time-dependent, and because I’ll always prioritise people, emotions, and reactions, because ultimately, those are the memories you’ll hang on to forever.
With that said, I’ve had some brilliant moments with drone shots of family cars, entire wedding parties, and couples under the sunset, so I’ll always have it with me.

Impossible! Well - nearly impossible. In eight years of shooting, I’ve not needed anyone to cover me due to illness, and for me to not show up to your wedding would require something spectacular. I’m talking head hanging on by a thread, limbs suddenly boneless, eyes turning to soup, that kind of thing.
But, it could well happen, and in the event that it does, I’m part of a wonderful group of people from where I’ll be able to find someone to cover shooting your day, and then I’ll carry out the edit afterwards, so you’re getting back a film that’s exactly the same as what you’d anticipated. -
Before filming weddings, I toured Europe playing in bands, and consequently, I’m both hyper-aware of how important the music is in your film, and entirely committed to making sure that we pay artists properly to license their music.
Because of this we use a wonderful library of music that we use to sync with your film. If you’d like to, you can set up a free account, and put together a shortlist from which I can choose the music for your day. -
Until I’ve got everything I need. I’ll be with you from about 2.5 hours before your ceremony, until well into the evening. I’ll stick around to get plenty of the party, because it’s one of my favourite parts of your film.
-
You have the option of a four minute highlight film, featuring audio from the ceremony, or a 9-12 minute film, featuring audio from the ceremony and speeches.
You can also chose to add on the ceremony and/or speeches in full.
Whichever of the above you choose, you’ll get a social-media-friendly short of around 45 seconds.
